Shipping policy

All orders from Polymer Clay Kitchen are carefully packaged and mailed within 1–3 business days after your purchase. Each item is handmade with care, so I make sure everything is securely wrapped and ready to arrive safely in your hands.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During busy seasons or new product launches, there may be slight delays, but I’ll always keep you updated if that happens.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail (depending on weight and size). Each order includes tracking information, which will be emailed to you as soon as your package is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Times

• U.S. orders: 3–7 business days after dispatch

• International orders: 2–4 weeks (may vary by location and customs processing)

Packaging

All items are packaged with care — often with a few clayful extras! If you’re sending a gift, I can include a note at no extra cost.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed to USPS, delivery times are out of my control. If a package is lost or delayed, please contact me and I’ll do my best to help track it down or find a solution.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. I’m not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer
