Refund policy

At Polymer Clay Kitchen, every item is handmade, custom-created, or produced in small batches with care. Because of the nature of these products, I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any orders.
However, your happiness and confidence in your tools and supplies matter deeply to me, so if there is an issue with your order, I’m here to help.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact me within 3 days of delivery at polymerclaykitchen@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
I will work with you quickly to make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Because of the handmade and digital nature of my shop, these items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Handmade miniature books
- Clay tools, rollers, and cutters
- Digital downloads (including color recipes, guides, and planners)
- Items that have been opened, used, or handled
Exceptions
If an item arrives damaged or defective, I will replace it or refund it depending on availability.
I cannot accept returns based on:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
- Minor variations in color, texture, or handmade characteristics
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period. If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you are legally entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
